Eligibility Criteria.

Academic Requirements

  • Recent graduate — degree awarded after March 2024
  • Minimum academic standing of Grade A or CGPA 7.0 and above
  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
  • Demonstrated aptitude for the chosen training stream, as assessed during the selection process
Joining Criteria

Clear the Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a structured assessment — aptitude evaluation, stream-specific technical round, and a personal interview with the Unical panel.

Complete the Training Programme

Induction into Unical Systems is contingent upon the successful completion of mandatory training in your chosen stream. Training is assessed and candidates must meet the qualifying standard.

Fulfil the Contractual Commitment

All inductees are required to agree to the terms and conditions of employment prior to joining. See the Commitment section below for full details.

Unical invests significantly in the training and development of every inductee. In return, we ask for a formal commitment — structured to give you flexibility in how you fulfil it.

Service Bond Agreement

Sign a Service Bond committing to serve Unical Systems for a stipulated minimum period following successful completion of training. This is executed on non-judicial stamp paper as per applicable Indian law and witnessed accordingly.

Training Fee Payment

Opt to pay the applicable training fee upfront prior to joining. This releases you from any service obligation, giving you full flexibility from day one. The fee amount will be communicated in your offer letter.
