LRUs and Sub-systems

In its nine years journey, Unical gained half a million person hours experience with various line-replaceable units and sub-systems.  Our team’s key contributions are in on-board computing systems, inertial navigation systems, electro-mechanical actuators, and radar seeker systems. While handling Aerospace sub-systems, our team extensively worked on –

  • RS 232, RS 422, GPIP, TCP/IP, ARINC 429 protocols
  • Inertial measurement units, Synchro systems, EMI reduction systems
  • Continuous and discrete systems with – synchronous, asynchronous, and on-demand communication

ATE/Functional Test Equipment

Unical handled Automated Test Equipment and Functional Test Equipment for Inertial Measurement Units testing.  Gyros, accelerometers and other sensors and corresponding system cards are tested by using these ATEs.   We gained insightful experience Moxa network devices, and industrial systems.  Our team is well-positioned to take up any size ATE work –  ATE development, interface systems development, test software development, and interfacing with application software to capture and analyze the test data.
